Lately it's been incredibly hot and humid around here.
To battle it I came up with my own special refreshing breakfast smoothie, with some of my favourite fruits.
Gotta love summer and its fruits right?!
So for a 1/2 Liter glass you'll need:
- 1 banana sliced and left in the freezer for about an hour.
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 mango chilled
- 2 tbsp natural fat free yoghurt
- 1 tbsp almond powder
- a sip of lemon water
Mix it all in a blender, pour in your glass of choice, and enjoy with a book or newspaper before getting started with your daily things.
