Last week we left you on our way to Bratislava, Slovakia.
We were boarding a Czech train, with little cabins and all.
I had never been on a train with cabins, so it was quite exciting, and the ride felt like no time.
We arrived at a very (surprisingly) sunny Bratislava.
Found our hostel rather easily, tho I wouldn't recommend it...got bitten by bedbugs, ugh! and went back out to explore.
And decided to look for the statues.
Before heading to the most expensive street in Europe, yep, you heard it right. In tiny Bratislava is the most expensive street. And why's that? Well in this one street are located all the most expensive stores there is...crazy huh!
And the smallest house in the city, which now is a fast-food place.
After walking up and down being tourists, we headed out to dinner at a restaurant a Slovakian friend of mine had recommended and famous for its traditional Slovakian cuisine, which involves lots of goat cheese.
The next day we caught the change of the guards.

On our last day we did a day trip to Devín Castle, not far away from Bratislava but that has wonderful views over the Danube. Recommended!
After our "medieval" day, we bought our bus tickets and headed back to Vienna for the last leg of our trip. But about that I'll tell you next week.
