Glamour Pink Carpet Event Hamburg

Oh how I wished it was the 9 & 3/4 instead, but not such luck so far, a girl can dream tho, right?

Even tho we weren't headed to Hogwarts, and the train wasn't nearly as fancy, we were pretty excited.

Shoes are almost as cool as Hogwarts, right?

A few days before I received on the mail our shiny invitations to yet another interesting event, the Glamour Pink Carpet Event Hamburg. The amazing shoe brand Görtz wanted to present their new collection, so they enlisted two biggies for the occasion, Benefit San Francisco (a new favourite of mine) and Just Be. It promised to be a night to remember!

Got in, sorted ourselves out, left our overloaded wintery jackets in the cloakroom, and dived right into the fun.

Started the evening by trying the first of the four delicious Just Be cocktails available, the BeHugo (Hugo: a drink made of prosecco, elderflower syroup or mint, lime juice and sparkling water). Sleek and classy in its white and green bottle, it was a dream to the taste-buds. 

They are definitely one of the coolest bottled cocktails I've ever tried! tho we missed the BeBerry variant, sold out so fast! so I'm going to go on a limb here, but I'd say, hands down, that was the favourite of the masses. 

Once we satiated our thirst, we made our way to the Benefit beauty station.

Rus got pampered up by the expert hands of the beautician and I eagerly asked all about their famous blush. We got all our products written down on our newest Christmas wishlist (am I the only one starting to get over-excited about how quick Christmas is coming!?), thanked the experts, took the required Instagram photos, and headed to our next stop: Photobooth time!

We were all pretty and freshly done so it was definitely time for photos, so what better way to break in our newly professionally done make up than by taking a million photobooth photos. So much fun! 

He place was quickly filling up, warming up too, eventually it was a bit too warm, so much so that we had to leave. But until then we enjoyed the Pink Carpet and the small fashion shows hosted by the lovely Jasmin from Tea & Twigs, the drinks, some fun photos, and some of the prettiest shoes I've ever seen.

It was a memorable night, and I'm glad I got to share it with the lovely Rus, who, by the way, will be taking over our Friday posts with her crazy sense of humor and some lovely beauty tips (among other things). So keep an eye for tomorrow's post...her debut will be lushtastic!
